About TechSolve — a small engineering studio in Valais

Who we are

TechSolve Ribeiro is an independent software studio based in Sierre, Valais. The company was founded by Francisco Ribeiro, a computer and data engineer, out of a simple conviction: Swiss small and medium-sized businesses deserve serious engineering, without having to pay big-consultancy rates or wait months for a Zurich agency to return their email.

We are a small, senior team. Every line of code that leaves our office is written, reviewed and deployed by engineers who have shipped production systems before. There is no junior outsourcing layer. There is no account manager standing between you and the person doing the work.

What we care about

Three things, in order:

• Software that survives its first year. Clean architecture, typed code, tested critical paths and documentation a new developer can actually read.
• Honest scoping. If your idea does not need a full platform, we will tell you. If AI is not the right answer to your problem, we will say so before quoting.
• Compliance by default. GDPR for European users, the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for Swiss entities, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility on public-facing products.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a free half-day discovery workshop. We listen, we map the problem, we propose a phased plan with a fixed-price scope for phase one. From there we ship in two-week sprints on a preview environment you can click through at any time. No big-bang launch, no six months of silence.

Your code lives on your own Git repository from day one. Your infrastructure, your domains, your secrets — all under your name. When the engagement ends, you own everything, and any competent developer can pick up where we left off.

Where we work

Our team is in Sierre, Valais, which means we serve Swiss clients in person across the canton — Sierre, Sion, Crans-Montana, Martigny and the Rhône valley. For English-speaking clients across Europe and beyond, we work remotely with a time zone that overlaps comfortably with London, Berlin, Paris, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and the US East Coast.

Our team delivers projects in French, English and Portuguese.
