What to include in a first email

The more context you give us upfront, the more useful our first reply will be. If you can, please include:

• What you want to build, in plain English.
• Who the users are and roughly how many there will be.
• Any hard deadlines (product launch, contract end, audit, funding round).
• Any existing stack, CRM, ERP or data we would need to integrate with.
• Your rough budget range, if you already have one.

None of this is mandatory. Even a three-line email is enough to book a free discovery call.

What happens next

After your first email we schedule a 30-minute video call at a time that works across time zones. We walk through the problem together, outline the options and, within a few days, send a fixed-price scoping proposal for a short phase one. There is no charge for this process and no obligation to continue.
